Stratford Time Bank

Your Community Needs YOU!

Stratford Time Bank is expanding across Stratford District and we need new members. Time Banking works on the theory that an hour of your time is worth an hour of someone else’s time. This means you can offer whatever you can, be it over the phone, help with everyday tasks or specialist skills. Every hour you bank can be withdrawn to use the skills or services of others. The more members that we have in each area of our vast district will strengthen the community it serves.

Time Banking works to bring communities together, reduce isolation and rebuild that level of neighbourhood support that seems to be lost these days. By only being committed to an hour at a time it allows everyone to take part. Students can help without losing time for studies, retired people can help without worrying about committing all their free time. Everyone has something they can offer and everyone has something they can gain.

For more information contact the Time Broker on 07419 373680 or email welcome@stratfordtimebank.org.uk Or find us on FaceBook
